HESA Pepto Peppy Cat, affectionately known as "Mario," is a registered 4-year-old gelding standing 14 hands tall with a huge heart, an exceptional mind, and a willingness that makes him an absolute joy to have around. This little gelding approaches life with a go-with-the-flow attitude and a genuine desire to learn anything you throw his way. He is the kind that tries his hardest every day and wants nothing more than to please his person. Not to mention he's absolutely cute as a button!

Mario is incredibly people-oriented and easy to be around. He is good to catch, stands quietly for saddling and bridling, is excellent with his feet, and handles everyday tasks with the kind of maturity you hope to find in a young horse. He loves attention and has all the fun party tricks everyone enjoys—he works confidently with tarps, flags, balls, and sleds, side passes over to the mounting block, and lays down on cue.

Under saddle, Mario is an absolute pleasure. He has a naturally cute, collected way of moving with a smooth, controlled walk, trot, and lope. He is soft in the face, responsive to his rider, and carries himself with balance far beyond his years. Every ride feels comfortable and enjoyable, whether you're putting in serious work or simply taking a leisurely stroll. He has the kind of feel and rideability that makes you want to keep climbing back in the saddle.

Mario is also exceptionally brave and willing to tackle new experiences. Nothing seems to rattle him, and he approaches unfamiliar situations with confidence and curiosity. On cattle, his natural ability shines through. He reads a cow well, enjoys the work, and possesses the instincts and athleticism that make him an exciting prospect for someone wanting to pursue cattle events! 

Mario excels on the trail as well and is thoughtful and confident over obstacles, like water, bridges, bogs, brush, and logs.
