With his striking bay tobiano coat, two crystal blue eyes, and the highly sought-after Medicine Hat markings complete with a chest shield, Arrow has the kind of look that people remember long after they’ve left the barn. His color is unique, but it’s backed by the kind of mind, build, and training that make him far more than just a pretty face.

Arrow is a well-made, solid-footed gelding that has been brought along the right way. He has spent time with a reining trainer, and it shows every time you swing a leg over him. He naturally carries himself low headed, stays soft in the bridle, and is supple through his body. He rides with the feel everyone hopes to find—a horse that is responsive without being overreactive, light in your hands, and willing every step of the way. He has the foundation and correctness that make him enjoyable whether you’re putting in arena miles or heading out across the pasture.

Outside of the arena, Arrow has proven himself to be just as useful. He’s helped doctor calves, checked fences, pushed cattle in the turnback alley, and confidently tracks the dummy. He’s the kind of horse that’s happy to go to work when asked while remaining quiet and level-headed enough to enjoy a leisurely trail ride the next day.

On the trail, Arrow is dependable and confident. He crosses rough terrain without hesitation and takes new scenery in stride. Water crossings, hills, ditches, rocky ground, and timber don’t rattle him—he simply goes where you point him. He has enough confidence to ride out alone but is equally content riding with a group, making him a horse you’ll look forward to saddling whether you’re working the ranch or spending the afternoon exploring new trails.

Arrow is the complete package: eye-catching enough to stand out anywhere he goes, yet practical enough to earn his keep every day. Horses with his combination of exceptional color, quality training, good-minded disposition, and real-world usefulness are what everyone hope to find. Whether you’re looking for a dependable ranch partner, a trustworthy trail horse, or simply a beautiful gelding that’s enjoyable to own and ride, Arrow is the kind that will make you proud every time you pull him off the trailer.

A 2023 AQHA bay gelding standing 15.2 hands, Garrett has all the ingredients people spend years looking for—a phenomenal mind, proven bloodlines, and a foundation that has been built correctly from day one.

Bred Machine Made on both the top and bottom of his pedigree, Garrett naturally carries the quiet, laid-back disposition that has made those bloodlines so desirable. While he certainly has the movement and demeanor to catch your eye, he has never been developed strictly as a pleasure horse. Instead, his training has focused on creating a dependable, versatile gelding that can go from the ranch to the trail and still be the kind of horse the whole family enjoys riding.

Garrett received his start through Clinton Anderson’s Trainer Certification Program, where he was given an exceptional foundation built on softness, responsiveness, and consistency. He wasn’t rushed or skipped through the basics—he’s been handled correctly every step of the way, and it shows every time you throw a leg over him.

He has the kind of willing attitude that makes bringing along a young horse enjoyable. Garrett is naturally quiet and thoughtful, taking new experiences in stride instead of looking for reasons to be worried. He handles obstacles confidently, navigates rough terrain, crosses ditches, and steps over logs without hesitation. Whether you’re riding through the pasture or heading down a trail, he stays levelheaded and wants to work with you.

Garrett has also been introduced to real ranch work. He will swing a rope, push cattle through the return alley, and is comfortable being around livestock and the activity that comes with them. These experiences have helped create a horse that is useful while continuing to build confidence and good judgment.

One of Garrett’s greatest qualities is simply how uncomplicated he is to be around. He’s the same kind, easygoing horse whether you’re grooming him, saddling him, or climbing aboard. He has the personality that makes you want to leave the barn with him every day, and he’s the type that continues to improve because he genuinely enjoys having a job.

For someone wanting a young gelding with exceptional breeding, a professional foundation, and the versatility to become whatever they want him to be, Garrett is an exciting opportunity. He’s the kind that will continue to mature into an outstanding family horse, ranch horse, trail partner, or all-around riding gelding. His future is wide open, and the hard part has already been done—he’s been started the right way.

If you’ve been waiting on a young horse with the mind, training, and pedigree to be a lifelong partner, Cool Madeonna “Garrett” deserves your attention.

Lot 62 RS Landslide 2014 APHC Gelding

<img src="https://i2.wp.com/yclas.nyc3.cdn.digitaloceanspaces.com/115564/images/2026/07/01/335/rs-landslide-2014-aphc-gelding.1782908038_2.jpg?resize=4000,3000&filename=lot62rslandslide2014aphcgelding2" />Roman is a 12-year-old registered APHC gelding standing 14.2 hands tall. This bay blanket gelding with varnish markings is about as sharp looking as they come, and he’s built like one that was made to work. Short backed, stout made, and with plenty of bone, he’s the kind that will stay sound and keep going.

Roman has been our go-to trail horse for a long time. He’s been ridden everywhere from California and Arizona to Texas, and every place in between has just added another mile to his resume. We honestly haven’t found a trail that has bothered him yet. Steep country, rocky ground, water crossings, thick brush, or long days in the saddle are all just another day’s work to him.

He’s the kind that will trot down a fence line for hours without getting tired and still meet you at the trailer with his ears up. He’s got a big walk, covers ground with ease, and is one of those horses that makes putting on miles enjoyable instead of work. If you like spending your weekends exploring trails or need one that can go all day checking cattle or riding the ranch, Roman is in his element.

One thing I really appreciate about him is how durable he is. He has exceptionally good feet and is almost always kept barefoot. He’s an easy keeper, doesn’t require a lot of maintenance, and is the same honest horse every time you saddle him.

Roman isn’t a fancy arena horse, and he doesn’t pretend to be. What he is, is an exceptionally honest gelding that has seen a lot of country, has a tremendous amount of real-world experience, and knows how to take care of himself and his rider. Horses like him are getting harder to find because they’ve earned their experience one mile at a time instead of in an arena.

If you’re looking for a horse that’s handy, dependable, built to last, and ready to point down any trail you choose, I think you’ll really enjoy Roman.
